Spanish is a bit more casual than the translation. More like “gotta cat?” “now ya do” “and that’s how I got cat”.

Simple Spanish too. You could read this with a bit of American high school spanish
Can confirm. I only had a bit of trouble with the last frame but was able to translate perfectly from context.

i was going to say that's how i got my cat. he LITERALLY walked in the door, jumped up on the couch and never left. lol

"Bro. Just pick a human. They're push-overs."

"Yeah. You just wait for their door to open and then pick your spot in the couch."

You're not far off the mark. One tomcat I had once brought with him a new cat, a girl I hadn't seen before. He shared his food with her and now she lives here as well.
Would be funny if he brought a different cat every week.

My using 100% of my brain to recall the spanish i (should) know because i lived in spain for 4 months.
"Do you have a cat? No? Well you do now!"
The cat in top panel looks like a dog.
The one in bottom looks like someone dressed as a cat.
