You always get that one that thinks there is literally no reason to use other operating systems as every program has a Linux alternative that's just as good if not better, and includes GIMP as a serious alternative to Photoshop for professional use.

So much of our economy is export driven. Particularly to China and particularly coal. Sad.
If the photos go to a private directory but you are now rooted you should be able to directly access that directory and copy the files out. This is assuming that they are stored as regular files in that directory instead of being solely in the sqlite db. Does that work?
Agreed and I made a similar point in a few of my other comments. If you look at the original context it was more of a "well you have to abide by the rules and the dogs should be quarantined but if you're not willing to do that then we would have no other option".
The very next sentence says:
The analogy breaks down in the "admit fault" side of things because the cop can ticket you anyway
And the same in the US except with ever larger fines than AU https://www.cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/agricultural-items
I haven't tried any of these but I did try this anime upscaler some time ago and it was decent but not hugely impressive like upscaling real footage is, at least to me (still impressive though).
How the pricing structure works is:
- All services have a free tier. For Drive it's only 1GB for free.
- If you specifically want only 1 service upgraded there's a pricing tier between free and unlimited. For Drive it's 200GB for 4.99 EUR p/month
- Proton Unlimited tier is the intended paid tier for 9.99 EUR p/month that gets you premium access to all the apps with 500GB for Drive
Discounts are available if you prepay for longer periods. If you wanted premium VPN and Drive for example you would want the Proton Unlimited (may be out of your budget). The free tier is enough to get started but you'd probably want more. If you're willing to switch VPN it would be decent value. If you're happy with the free tier, don't want to switch VPN, and need more drive storage you'd be looking at an extra 4.99 for 500GB storage.
They do "random searches" just like any other country but I find it more likely in this situation that they saw something on the scanner which prompted them to search the bag. Even if you compare the process to the USA it's pretty much identical. You still have to declare everything except the USA has even steeper fines than Australia.
They were never really going to kill the dogs. The full context was along the lines of "well you can do the right thing, or we will have no choice but to..". I'm not aware of any cases where they've actually euthanised a pet, famous or no. It's an absolute last resort as they would rather just quarantine them. But yeah, pretty funny and a win for the government.
You could try these programs and there's many more you can try with a bit of searching:

You can search "AI video upscaler github"
All true points. There's also a point to be made about allocation of resources. Should you be spending millions marketing a broken game?
