Because they expect you to listen to the voicemail and then call back at your convenience. If you hate it, get a visual voicemail app to transcribe them for you.

That way, you'll at least be able to side-eye it and consider helping when your mother calls because she has fallen in the tub.

In my experience, windows always gets something wrong with drivers and I have to go do some stupid shit to fix it. And then later fight windows update as it tries to override my fix. Windows problems are rarely immediately apparent, whereas Linux problems usually are.

No, they have serial numbers that are read by the printer when you try to use them. Air Gap the printer.

This. I don't need braille to know which button, it becomes muscle memory. A touch screen UI changes dynamically, so having muscle memory like for a physical momentary switch is impossible. And the tactile feedback is important too.
