I'd love an upgrade for my 2080 TI, really wish Nvidia didn't piss off EVGA into leaving the GPU business...

I don't (personally) trust my state (or any red state really) to not just "not count" mail-in ballots, sadly.

I am, however, lucky enough to have a polling place that doesn't get overwhelmed and crowded, so in-person voting isn't too bad.

My favorite of the protests was DnDmemes becoming a goblin porn subreddit, and the final reply of the main mod "I shitposted me way in here, I'll shitpost my way out". That and demanding a d20 roll for persuasion(?) from the admins

Or, more likely, he makes it to the door, riker changes his mind and has himself transported to his quarters and back.

Kansas is a pretty state to drive through, I'd be willing to bet Colorado is too.

That and a MASSIVE amount of Oklahoma and Texas is empty flat land that is probably (relatively) easy to offroad if absolutely necessary.

Sony had NEVER been good at marketing online games. SOE was legendary for not advertising anything for any major game expansions or releases, relying entirely on word of mouth.

Im sure there's worse ages than 34 to start; I'm 27 and feel like I'm barely halfway to the point of having a life; I have basically no friends, and I have little to no energy to do anything most of the time. I don't think I've seen a doctor (outside of urgent care for a sick note for work) in a decade or more, and I'm starting to realize I might be living with chronic pain (I think??? Ive heard having a "normal level of pain" isnt normal)

If Naps were tradable, I would buy them in bulk 😆 Minnesota sounds cool, kinda wanna give Chicago a shot myself, someday; I hear there's good food there, and I am very much not built for rural or suburban living.

Okay, but can I form a space cult within this new society?

That honestly sounds like a safety issue, if you can lose control of how many rounds you might fire in a direction

That is the perfect term for all these "trucks" with short-ass beds.

Vestigial bed, lmao

That would require my family to not be extremely tight-lipped about their medical history for no apparent reason. I know nothing beyond general descriptions and a few common names of conditions to watch put for (diabetes, heart, blood pressure, "endocrine issues") despite explicitly asking for purposes of testing with a doctor. That and I haven't been to a PCP since I was in high school (maybe longer). I'll get there... eventually.

Oh, and im fat; not like, mobility scooter stereotype, but i could stand to lose a good 40-50 pounds. Legs and arms are actually fairly muscular, its all torso.
