You should create a shared group with all accounts you want to have access to the shared folder, then set that folder permissions to everybody in that group.

Every individual user can create their own personal folders, they're private from anybody except administrators by default

It pretends to be privacy focused, but because everything but 1-to-1 secret chats (where you have compared session identifiers) are accessible to the company and they keep logs of all group chats which they can access (even if they claim they can't, that's bullshit)

Usually it's in places where it's so unusual to feed back power to the grid that the grid isn't adjusted to it, or the local regulations aren't updated for it, so you either have to make sure you don't feed back power or you need a completely different electricity contract with higher connection fees so household solar can't pay back enough to cover the fees. It used to be a problem in parts of Sweden a decade ago, but now it's mostly fixed here.
