Give kagi a shot, it's paid service, but they have a 100 search trial

Give kagi a try, if you haven't yet.

Have you tried it? At least for me, I often get better results compared to google. Also Kagi has a free trial of 100 searches.

Granted I'm a developer, so my job is basically just searching for information, so getting better results is really valuable for me.

That sounds horrible! How could a machine like that have been high-end in last 15 years? Unless it's a chromebook. Seriously, is that a typo that it has a 40 gb drive? If not, I'm amazed it can even boot to windows.

I'm so glad my current company is not like this; Couple months ago my coworked started to have issues with running out of ram (16 gb), and noticed that there was an amazing deal on some thinkpads: P14s gen 2, 32 gb ram, 4K, Ryzen 5 pro: 970€ without vat. And now almost everyone in the company has a new laptop! Granted the company is small, 13 employees, making thanigs like this easier.

Give Kagi a go, it gives (usually) much better results. It's a paid service, but you get 100 free searches as a trial

Isn't the foam lining replaceable?

Oh that's interesting, even if I'm using integrated browser in sync, I still don't get the adds. Seems like the add-ons work even in the itegrated one (I tested this by turning dark reader on).

Maybe your phone uses some different browser by default or something? This is how it looks to me.

At least with uBlock origin using bunch of filters I didn't see any ads, the only indicator of the was a bit larger gaps in text where the ads would be.

This is something I have noticed in myself, when I feel really bad, I feel like helping others. On my way from one particularly bad therapy session, I wished I could help some elderly to carry their groceries, help someone with their bike or anything altruistic.
