It does for a few versions now, and even before there was at least one extension adding this feature.

I just watched the podium ceremony again after reading F1.com's latest article on the Piastri-Norris matter and the McLaren boys have sour faces: Oscar seems pissed by the fact that he lost to Leclerc simply because his car allowed him to do a one-stopper, and Lando even more so because of the Lap 1 debacle.

To be fair the track has been resurfaced and has low grip, with multiple drivers close to losing grip during FP1. Kimi Andrea unfortunately sent it too fast on his push.

The track definitely has low grip because of the resurfacing, it for sure did not help Antonelli and Maylander.

Oh and apparently Mercedes were doing a split-setup test with Russell's car having the new floor. Oof

Antonelli's first push lap: top of the charts

Second push lap: loses grip and spins into the barriers, crashing Russell's car and bringing the red flag

Well, that was a quick FP outing...

What is this video feed? Is it a test ahead of the race week-end that's broadcast on track?

This has to be the most French thing to do when you're told you're going to potentially lose your job and as a Frenchman I love it.

I thought for a moment that it was one cat next to a mirror, nice photo!

I feel like not everyone is conscious of these biases and we need to raise the awareness and try preventing for example HR people from buying AI-based screening software that has a strong bias that is not disclosed by their vendors (because why would you advertise that?)

Seems like not a bias by Al models themselves, rather a reflection of the source material.

That's what is usually meant by AI bias: a bias in the material used to train the model that reflects in its behavior

I get it, I had to watch a couple of video reviews before making my mind in this one.

Hello all,

As you may be aware, Firefox introduced on-device translations on the desktop a few months ago and according to this knowledge base page it has been available since version 126, but unfortunately only on some unnamed devices.

Do you know of any way (i.e. preferences in about:config) to forcefully enable the feature?

Thanks in advance

Famin confirmed that a proposal has been issued to the staff representative at Viry-Chatillon with the intention of reassigning the staff to developing new technology more relevant for the Renault Group as a whole, meaning the withdrawal of Renault as a power unit manufacturer from F1.

[...]

While confirming that Alpine is seeking to participate in F1 with a new power unit supply deal as a customer team, Famin stopped short of confirming whether or not discussions with Mercedes are taking place at this point, but did state the intention is to only make the change for the 2026 season – the beginning of the new power unit regulations – and not 2025, as has been rumoured.

“Of course, we are talking to different manufacturers and, for the time being, nothing is done because it’s a project… we have to follow in France, with unions, we have a social process which is very strict to follow.

“We cannot take any decision until we reach the end of that process. But, for the time being, we are talking to some PU manufacturers but we cannot sign anything until this process is over.”
