That looks adorable and I'd love to try one.

I know, I'm kicking myself for not taking a picture of the inside. They were delicious though. Salted about 1 hour before cooking time and was brought to room temperature before throwing on the grill. They were on the rarer side of medium rare. Super good. But sorry, I don't have a picture of the goods.

Normally I prefer making a steak in a cast iron, but this one turned out pretty damn good on the BBQ anyway. Sorry, I don't have a pic of the inside.

Yes please. Fried Halloumi is so good. I'm going to have to try it with honey and flakey salt now.

I'm pretty sure it's implying that nobody asked at all; like, literally no one is asking about it. Knowyourmeme explains that it's, "...a phrasal template used to mock people who strive to attract attention and tend to provide unsolicited opinions, as well as for observational humor."

Super cool. Almost doesn't look real!

I'm a bit lame, but there's nothing like taking that first sip of coffee in the morning while watching my dog run around

Thanks! That's a hell of a compliment, I appreciate it!

Thanks! Sadly, I do not have a recipe--we just use a basic potato and flour recipe like any gnocchi. I think it's more about technique. We just use a basic gnocchi recipe (make mashed potatoes with a potato ricer to remove any chunks) and then once the potatoes are cooled, we add flour until we get the desired texture. Some people use eggs in the mixture but I don't think I did for this recipe (though a yolk couldn't hurt). Then we roll it out into a long snake and chop them into equal parts (we roll it thinner to make more of a 'mini' gnocchi because we're lazy). We don't use a fork or anything, I honestly just roughly roll the pieces into small balls lol. We've also had great results with mini storebought gnocchi but i do prefer homemade.

This turned out really great. We put some cherry tomatoes, prosciutto, garlic, oil, and thyme in a tray on the bbq and let it roast. Added some basil near the end of the roasting time. Then, we crushed that all up into a sauce. We added some fresh chives on top. Super good.

I'm sure it's because there are a lot of new people like myself just getting their toes wet in Lemmy. People can only post so much per day. Slowly, I think more people will post. Can't always force content on some subs!

If you tried Diablo 1 when it came out, and tried playing it again but things just didn't seem much fun, then please check out this fan-made mod. You do need a mounted Diablo 1 cd in the virtual drive, or a copy of the mpq file--and there's a Discord if you need any help.

I had so much fun with this and it's a good break from D4 if you want to wait for season 1 but still want to get your Diablo fix.

My go-to is Kickapoo by Tenacious D. I challenge anyone to start singing that song without slowly channeling Jack Black's mannerisms by the end of it.

I remember getting banned off a subreddit simply because I subscribed to another subreddit that they didn't approve of lol. When I tried to appeal, even un-subscribing from the other sub, they perma-banned me from the subreddit with no response. Good riddance.
