I don’t understand, even if I use a google login I haven’t necessarily give my real name to google so why is it safer for them? Anyone can create a new email with google and particularly people sharing illegal material wouldn’t use their real personal email so what’s the point?

Same! My psychologist and doctors are 40 min away, the big shops also, we have just the supermarket, the pharmacy and the post office near us, for everything else you need to drive a lot! And forget about public transport

In Italian when you can’t swear with a “vaffanculo” (f you) you can say “vai a quel paese” that’s “go to that country” And specifically in Milanese dialect you can also say “va a ciapà i rat” “go catching rats”

Coursera is not free but it’s nice, they have a ton of courses, you can pay a monthly fee and follow them at your own pace

You said it perfectly, mindfulness is not the absence of thoughts but the awareness that they always come and go and you have to learn not to stagnate on them and letting them go, like a flow on a river or clouds in the sky. For me visualizations like those work well but other people focus on breathing or on their bodies

I was about to ask which country uses those mega pills because here in the EU alprazolam and other benzos are usually very little pills

Yes they want to be a safe space for their users, if some people want to talk on the internet without being harassed I’m happy for them

I use apple products as main devices since I was 16 and bought my first Mac, I’m not a fan girl, these are all shitty companies so Android/Google, Apple or Windows for me it’s the same but I have to say that the way iOS works is super intuitive to me, it’s like my brain works the same way (obviously there’s some stupid stuff like the way Settings are arranged) and I have also Android devices form various brands but I wouldn’t change my iphone/mac even if I have to buy everything refurbished because the cost is prohibitive!

The keyboard is ok, I registered many abbreviations so writing is very simple; Safari works fine and you can install adblockers, or if you want you can download another browser, just without extensions;

If you are a geek and privacy focused I agree that a de-googled Android is the best but for the average joe an iphone works well

I didn’t even began to count! I was asking what kind of drug they were using, I remember the nurse saying it was not opioid and then black! The strangest thing for me is that you fall asleep suddenly and abruptly so is different from a normal sleep
