yes, kbin didn't but after the mbin transformation they made the API public

I know this has been asked before but i was hoping for a more up to date information on what are the plans for adding mbin/kbin support. Oh and i was also wondering if the posibility of Sync going FOSS was ever discussed and what came out of that conversation.
