I don't know the first thing about campaigning but I'll run.

I use these as a central place to create an online order for pickup.

The ideal for folks like you I'd expect is a suburban distanced commune structured like a college campus. Big central building, lots of greenery, some housing and amenities but otherwise walkable and community focused. Like a little microcity with ideally a train running to and from the more quiet and green commune to a larger space with more urbanized environments

  1. You can click in and out when you leave and arrive home. They absolutely can know how long it takes each way
  2. No but they'd fire you if you moved too far to commute, and they pay you a wage that may or likely doesn't cover the cost of living in your area
  3. Hate to break it to you champ but it already is a factor for onsite workers. Despite being able to do so I was not chosen for a job because I lived too far from the office as a stated reason.

You're thinking in terms of political ideology a radical progressive is someone taking out all the stops to fix things. It's a bell curve not a checkbox saying what alignment you are

[–] hellishharlot 2 points 1 year ago

Yes you're right about our current conservative population but the problem is still that they have too much power to limit progressives from taking actions to fix things or try solutions at best

Yeah except the cloud layers. For some that's beautiful and it makes an even better backdrop for reading

I'm your worst nightmare. I refuse to get to s2 or s3 until I finish the dredge that is s1 because I'm of the belief that CR is only good because the people who watch it went through s1 first

So switching to dvorak or colemak would possibly help significantly

As a species we need a mix of progressive and conservative people. Progressives act as a sort of antennae force finding new ways to approach the world while conservatives are there for if we progress in a way that is ultimately harmful. Finding the right balance and control system is the hard part, not fitting everyone into a progressive or conservative ideology
