Thanks for sharing your story! It is very important to get these stories as well, someone who has 20 years in tech so close to getting scammed..

You did the correct thing and kept track of the url etc. on an offday you might not have been so vigilant.

Wacky books tbh. I don’t remember thinking it was for her to undergo trail they gave it to her, but mostly because that’s all they really knew to do

I am.

My current job situation makes it impossible to work and watch videos at the same time (mostly)..

It’s a way for me to stress down after a hectic day. I don’t really wanna play video games, but for me putting on a video from a creator, who plays video games ~ there is no new knowledge I need to process, there is no “real world” information that I have to adhere to.. it just is whatever.. and I can turn my mind off, while Pravus talks about something I don’t really care about ~ so yeah

The problem is the restrictions on when you can be considered sick during your vacation.

a) you need to inform the company on the first day of sickness

b) if you are still sick after 5 days after informing your company, then you are entitled to get your remaining vacation back.

As the 5 days first start counting from when you inform your company ~ well you see where I am going? Unless you wanna be known as the one who tells their boss every time they get the sneeze.. it is only gonna be relevant if you get a serious illness during your PTO..
