Guys, I'm actually getting nostalgic over the messy-but-still-kinda-fun 2010s. Everything was just so much more exciting back then, and if it was absolute garbage, it was still fun to make fun of it (cough cough 2013 Mac Pro, garbage quite literally).

Yeah, it was no "sunshine and lollipops" timeline, but still, over the literal boring hell of the 2020s, it was LEAGUES better.

Does anyone get reminded of Nineteen Eighty-Four? No? Just me? Ok...

First Neopets, and now Flappy Bird? No thanks.

The MacBook Wheel. Imagine how disastrous this product would be if it actually happened.

Not to mention that was the first time I discovered the Onion.

Can the EU just kick out a member with a vote? Or does that member need to announce its departure like the UK?

Does Hungary WANT to leave? If it doesn't, and the EU does want them out, then... I guess nothing's gonna change.

Yeah, that makes more sense.

India and China hate each other very much, yet are on the same alliance.

And Russia is allied with both.

Hmm...

I thought it was due to bigger than usual straws, but I'm actually willing to bet it's both.

Hmm... software bloat. The bane of every consumer's existence.

Esperanto does have some criticisms, most notably the fact that it's too Eurocentric. A Chinese person is gonna have a FAR harder time learning it than, let's say a Chilean.

Toki Pona on the other hand is basically an amalgamation of many unrelated languages, with simplified phonotactic rules to make it easier for... well, everyone. Also, they do have a logographic writing system like Chinese, but at least it looks like the exact thing it's describing.

To those who insist that there's "no apartheid" in Israel, this is for you. It is proof that your statement is like cake... it is a lie.
