Please remember it's fast food. Are the chicken fingers amazing? No but they are good enough so that they are amazing with the sauce. Everything on the menu is just different textures for shoveling more sauce into your face.

Each server can handle it how they want. Who it affects, etc.
Right now the multiplayer mod being developed will allow server owners to choose how it affects the server. But to answer your question, the mod is being developed more for a GTA RP type server. There will be no "co-op" mode to go through the story.
There are still a lot of streets and alley without names. I also wish the name were visible on the map.
The multiplayer mod, is unfortunately a very far ways away.

Not sure if people realize that Lego has spent a lot of money to engineer a recyclable Lego brick that has the same exact quality as the old ones that they want to get rid of specifically for the environment. The only next best thing to this would be to shut Lego down.
