I think it stood for "Medical Communication for Combat Casually care" hence the monikor. Not sure if it integrated with the "blue force tracker" system, as we never really used it during deployment.

On my second tour of Iraq of a few the yanks gave us this system that's prob still secret so I won't say much about it but it had a screen with a windows app on it and I'f you fucked about wirh it you could get pinball on it we used to have tournaments to see who could get top score at 4am on the Iran boarder between foot patrols fun times
Luke didn't make it, so we made sure to keep him as the top scorer.
