Seems like the problem with the republicans, or any religious conservative for that matter, is that because their rules (that they chose to follow) don't allow them to have fun, or that theyre dead inside as a result of those rules, no one else is allowed to live a live outside of those rules.

The new issues examined include illegal immigration, abortion, the teaching of “intelligent design” in public schools, the use of waterboarding and other “enhanced interrogation techniques” in the war on terrorism, laws defining marriage as the union of one man and one woman, and environmentalism. 1154 participants […] Twenty-two significant correlations were observed between “conservative” judgments and the Dark Triad (all of which were significant past a Bonferonni-corrected significance threshold of p = .0008), compared to seven significant correlations between Dark Triad and “liberal” judgments (only one of which was significant past p = .0008).
In the present research (N = 675), we focus on the relationship between the dark side of human personality and political orientation and extremism, respectively, in the course of a presidential election where the two candidates represent either left-wing or right-wing political policies. Narcissism, Machiavellianism, psychopathy, and everyday sadism were associated with right-wing political orientation, whereas narcissism and psychopathy were associated with political extremism. Moreover, the relationships between personality and right-wing political orientation and extremism, respectively, were relatively independent from each other.
That explains the republican mindset so well. If joy doesn't exist in the world, you're not taking it from others when you spread your misery.
Lindsey, just because being in a hotel room with another man feels like a fantasy world, does not mean joy does not exist in the real world.
The state of the border is due to Republican interference on that border bill specifically requested by Trump to keep it an issue this election, gas prices are well below inflation, and Inflation performance was better overall when compared to other Western Nations during Biden's term and worse than during Trumps.
Lindsey is full of shit.
I hope he finds joy by admitting to himself and others who he really is.

Who knew that a person from a party of lies and doublespeak, a party set on a warpath of subjugating those they don't like, a party creating hypocrite rules that they themselves don't follow unless convenient would not want to admit to the existence of happy emotions. They're so caught up in a web of bullshit that they have no concept of which way is up, right, or good, let alone happy.
What a sad statement from someone it is all too easy to believe actually thinks such a thing.
Lindsey Graham may be the most miserable person in congress.
He's a "lifelong bachelor" 🙄, not allowing himself to experience true happiness with another person of his choosing according to his orientation out of the knowledge that he would be ostracized by his colleagues, voted out of office, and would lose his livelihood. He chose capitalism and power at the expense of his own joy, so he can go ahead and be as miserable as he wants to be for all I care.

Oh, I think it does, in hotel rooms all around the RNC, Miss Graham.
Known by the male escorts around DC as "Lady G", so I've heard.
I would have no problem believing that. I also heard when he... reaches ecstasy, he sounds like Mickey Mouse.
As a guidance, we should just not allow politicians to complain without having a detailed solution in hand. Give the seats to the people who can and are willing to get shit done. If you want to complain in public office, make sure you have the plan, funding, resources etc in place.
