There's absolutely vegan dishes! I'm not vegan these days but still, a shop near me has this rich, flavorful, wonderful vegan ramen that's somehow not at all watery, and I'll get that instead of other kinds regularly.

Vegan options are relatively very recent, so I'm not too surprised that people aren't aware that some exist.
