Wait german says kan man like in swedish? The more you know.

The nordic languages are quite similar to german. Cause they have the same origin (english too) and are geographically quite close to germany. So it just happened that some words are almost the same. I'm pretty sure if you speak German and English you can pretty much understand the context of what people are saying. This of course applies to other language combinations too
