That part actually sounds realistic. There were reports that cops killed a huge percentage of the innocents from the Pulse nightclub shooting, after they started pouring out from a breached wall, but they refused to investigate.

I'm convinced they're already collecting data for it. I can't think of any other reason for the massive drop in system performance on Windows 11.
