I was exaggerating, but the majority of corn and soy grown go into non human consumption or highly processed human food. 70% of American soybeans are used for animal feed. Mostly chickens in America and most of the exported soybeans are fed to pigs in China. 5% is biofuel. That's 75% of the crop not being for human consumption. And of the 25% left who is used for human food, 80% is used to make cooking oil.

It's a similar story for corn. 45% is used to make ethanol even though without government mandating it be added to petrol, no one would. Then 40% is fed to animals. That's 85% of corn that was grown not for human consumption.

When you only grow stupid barely edible shit like corn and soybeans, the next logical step is to build a shed and feed a thousand pigs the corn and soy.

It was her publicist that made her have those parties and never give any political statements. 2018 coincided with when she left her old publisher. She has talked about being pushed to apolitical as possible so as to appeal to conservative America.

Tbf it takes a significantly smaller team to develop a 2d platforming game like terraria. The overhead for art and design is mush simpler too than something like a Cyberpunk 2077

They believe in conspiracies not because they truly believe the earth is flat or whatever, they might, but they are attracted to fringe beliefs for the desire for community. Or to make sense of the randomness of the world. For an uncomplicated answer for complicated problems. It's a lot more complicated that people being kinda dumb.

Yeah but it illustrates that while the airline industry is held up to a lot of scrutiny for carbon emissions they are much less yet equally as polluting sectors that are much simpler to affect change that probably should get more attention.

Every additional resolution they support is another copy of every single video in their library. 576p is already a European standard not an American one so that is why they probably never supported it to begin with and they'll probably never supported it in the future.

It really isn't. More Kerosene is burnt in lamps and cook stoves in rural Africa and Asia than in the global aviation industry. Moreover, airlines have a capitalistic incentive to reduce carbon emissions already, since fuel is one of the largest costs they bare and the only one easily reducable.

Aviation is a tiny fraction of global travel emissions. It's mostly road vehicles. Aviation is 11% of transportation which is 30% of global emissions. It's a tiny fraction, considered.

The thing is that most Unity games don't even have DRM in the first place. At most most will have the Steam DRM which is trivial to bypass. And Unity Games released on GOG will be especially at risk.
