I went to see Venom and there was a group of people in the row in front of me - almost 10 people, all adults. They brought a toddler that screamed any time a symbiote was on screen. Which was a lot.

Unfortunately, yes. Each season I'm either very disappointed or completely disappointed.
I was thinking along the same lines while watching the trailer.
I'm on the fence about actually watching it though. I'll probably watch the first episode and see if it grabs my attention.
If anything, the closest we have to "good guys" in US politics would be the Bernie Sanders - AOC wing of the Democrats.
Even the most "progressive" Republicans are still backwards thinking bootlickers - "small government" and "states' rights" to enforce their narrow world view.

"Flirt" is underselling it. Orban is on his knees, shoving Fico out of the way at every chance.
At one point, Grand Island (NY) was proposed as a Jewish homeland. Definitely not enough room.
Definitely way too many people in Utah. The environment here is stressed. Not even talking about the political environment. Already way too many religious extremists.
Christians - the Romans had it right. Well, most religions that preach that there is only one truth and that all must follow it. Religion is either the instigator or the tool for many things that are wrong in this world - the whole damn Middle East, the Taliban, the US GOP, Russia, sex scandal daily from the Catholic Church and Evangelicals, climate change denial, etc.
Letting people spew their nonsense because it's their "firm belief" is societal suicide and we are watching it happen.
Only if the money from Russia and/or China and/or Iran dries up.
