Open Source has most of the same criteria that free software does. Difference in motivation, but same end result criteria.

There is no debate or opinion on whether it is open source. It objectively does not meet the criteria for open source licenses set by Open Source Initiative. Sure, you can argue whether that's good or bad, but factually speaking it's not open source

License seems to forbid redistribution of modified versions and would certainly meet neither the FSF's or OSI's criteria for free or open source licenses

From what I heard on previous posts about that site, they apparently didn't moderate the English speaking users much at all, and therefore illegal content slipped through
