"sunsetting" is such an ugly euphemism for "killing". On the other hand, I am sunsetting Reddit right now. Deleted all my posts and comments, left all the subreddits apart from the drama ones to keep informed about the latest Reddit Inc fuckups. I have a feeling they are not done alienating their userbase yet.

It's possible to run a browser from the Steam UI. As far as I recall it even works in parallel to a game. You could also run Signal or Discord and use that for voice calls while playing a game. It's a bit clunky though, wouldn't recommend it.

This. If you like to follow people (Twitter-style) then Mastodon is the right tool for you. If you are focused on topics and don't care much who supplies the content (Reddit-style) then Lemmy is what you want.

Ich nutze seit längerem ein mechanisches Keyboard von Varmilo. Bin extrem zufrieden damit. Die Szene um mechanische Keyboards ist ein ziemliches Rabbit Hole, aber es gibt einige fertige Keyboards die durchaus schon nah an selbstgelötetes rankommen. Man muss halt auf jeden Fall testen welche Art von Switches (Anschlagtyp der Tasten) einem zusagt. Hab meine Tastatur damals bei geekboards.de bestellt, die haben eine gute Auswahl.

Ansonsten noch ne Logitech M705 Maus, nix dolles aber robust und angenehm bei Dauernutzung.

Did you have a look at Reddit lately? The content quality is shit. Personally I find much more interesting stuff on Lemmy atm.

Weisser Zucker hat auch "D". Ich denke mein Punkt ist, dass der Nutriscore für gewöhnliche Konsumenten keinerlei nützliche Aussagekraft hat. Ich wüsste ja nicht mal um welche "Produktgruppe" es sich handelt und mit was ich dann vergleichen soll.

Wenn reiner Zucker nicht "E" bekommt ist das vielleicht ein Hinweis darauf wie sinnvoll der Nutriscore ist. 🤔

Ich verstehe nicht wieso bspw. in Altersheimen oft keine Klimaanlagen existieren. Kann doch nicht so schwer sein, wenigstens ein paar Räume runterzukühlen.
