The next disappointment waiting to happen in a couple of years. I predict the headline will be something like "Corporate greed strikes again, Bluesky is going against its community"

Who gave the approval on the
"OPE-
RA
ONE"

It's bad, really bad. If they wanted to have it split they could have at least played with it like this:
"OP
ERA
ONE"
Make it sound like the new browser is OP and it's the era of ONE, One Opera. But you know, whatever.

Isn't this minimized by using something like geizhals and idealo? You can see the price history there. It happened sometimes that I added a product to my wishlist and after a few days it was 20-30€ cheaper on Amazon. If I want to buy something, I usually add it to a wishlist and wait around 1 week to see how the price changes. If it goes down a lot, I jump on it.

OK this happens in Switzerland, yeah, I don't think they have any chance. If it would have been in the US, maybe but in Europe, it's a lot harder if you want to bully another company.

I don't like Apple but battery is the one thing I wouldn't mess around with and buy from a cheap 3rd party vendor. Batteries tend to go boom and if it's a cheap knock-off you increase your chances. Since it will be law we will most likely get a bunch of 3rd party vendors, I would maybe see myself buying from an established battery manufacturer but not from a quick Amazon search or from the small repair shop on the corner.

Well it's a good decision. As they say, never put all your eggs in one basket, especially if you have no control over the basket.

I wish people would cut down with this noise(see what I did there). F him and his platform, coming here and having to read about him everyday, it kinda annoys me.

I hope the new EU legislation regarding AI also covers this type of things.
