Design Thinking in itself is a okay tool. But it's just a tool and you need more knowlegde to actually design and make proper applications. Know the usecases, know how to code, know the limitation/complications and most of all talk to your developers. The article itself is a bit of a rant, but I understand the frustrations. You're not going to make it solely with Design Thinking and that's the main issue here.
History has the tendency to repeat itself. As part of the LGBTQ+ community, never assume your rights are safe. People will try to use us as scapegoats for whatever bullshit reason.
Dropped Reddit due the API changes and dumsterfire after that with the CEO. I get they need to make money, but this was simply aimed at taking down third party apps and services.
I really hope this place will grow.
