Atheist is tangential to religion, you have religious theists or atheists as religion is about a system of philosophy and ethics while theism is about belief in gods.

What would Israel's motivation be for lying about where the missiles are kept? They might be mistaken, they might be exaggerating, they might not value civilian lives, but I can't see them being the absolute monsters that would kill civilians just for the hell of it.
I wouldn't be surprised if Lebanon was hiding military supplies under civilian dwellings, to protect them with human shields. Even if it is, that doesn't give Israel the right to indiscriminately bomb them. They should send targeted ground teams that will destroy only the rockets and not kill any innocent civilians.
That game better be written in Rust! ๐
