Looks great. I've been using asciiflow and sequence diagram for my diagrams. I'll give this a try

Nice link. Have you done significant Linux optimization?

Well put. The fediverse will only go as far as its moderation tools since users will always go to whichever instance/site that has the content that they want.

I've always used i3lock. I also made a script to randomly select a background. Plus the login password circle thing looks cool. Would definitely recommend.

My understanding is that sqlite simply doesn't accept outside contribution... source If you want to extend it anyway, you're basically required to fork (or pay for the consortium membership of 120k/yr and ask them to develop the features...)

ya, maybe it's the author's ruby background? For example, in languages like go and C, using structs for optional arguments is basically the norm.

Ohh, didn't know that was a full docker desktop replacement. Thought it was a purely k8s thing. Will check it out.

Very interesting!

Nice write up.

+1 it's reasonable for RH to not devote resources to debranding stuff and to get paid for the effort of packaging and maintaining their distribution. However threatening to retaliate for exercising GPL rights just downright scummy and violates the spirit of GPL even if they might not violate the license technically...

Looks cool. Shame it isn't open source and they are not releasing the public commit history for their kernel modifications.

I'd love to see a fully foss alternative to Docker Desktop (and podman isn't really that quite yet...)
