I have been saying anti-abortion instead of pro-life. But I feel like there must be another simply-expressed term to reflect their thinking. Something along the lines of anti-women or just anti-choice. I dunno.

I don't think it was when they stopped being coddled. I think it was when they got an age to start paying attention to politics or reading the newspaper (or when they finally had the tools/faculty to understand what was going on).

When we pick up the paper for the first time with open eyes, we let out a collective "oh god..."

I live in a very blue city, and even here there are zero news channels that aren't right-leaning owned by one of 3 billionaires or corporations. And the public broadcasting has been discredited by the right for decades.

I just wish it were more obvious - listen to experts not billionaires and politicians.
