Thanks for the insight! Was there already a traffic problem before, that just grew as more lanes were added? The before pic showing a near traffic free paradise just seems disingenuous.
In my city (Madison WI) we added a flex lane that opens during rush hours (7-9am and 3-6pm) and it's done wonders, but we also don't have the population density where Induced demand becomes a problem.
Anyone going to give the real context behind this or is this *fuckcars going to be the same circle jerk Reddits was?

And I can comment/interact with those Lemmyubs/magazines/federations if i'm on Kbin, but not with the same account if I go to Lemmy? WTF is going on.
