Okay. I'll give an answer.

Don't know if you're on browser/app/mobile/etc., but there should be an option in your profile. Iirc, you can determine if your new playlists are public, or at least private your full profile. I don't even show up as online.

I think there is an option in Settings. Under privacy there is a toggle for Listening Activity to hide it from followers. It's below the temporary version of the setting, Private Session I think you are thinking of. Why a temporary privacy setting would be such an option is beyond me.

You should be able to remove all the "friends" that Spotify ported in years ago from your Facebook account like it did for everyone.
