I would like to take this opportunity to promote my own personal theory - Epstein was allowed to kill himself like a Roman general falling on his sword or a disgraced samurai being allowed to commit seppuku. It was mutually beneficial for both him and his elite friends for him to kill himself. For him, because he wouldn't have to go through trial being exposed as a pedophile sex trafficker, and for his friends so their involvement wouldn't have attention brought to it. This is what I have believed from the very beginning. It's way cleaner to pay guards to look the other way while he kills himself and lose the security cam footage than it is to pay them to murder Epstein or watch a hitman do it. "Epstein didn't kill himself" kind of misses the point because it doesn't matter who actually killed him, the corrupt justice system allowed him to die in custody to protect powerful individuals that Epstein was connected to.
