Great blog post for beginners, but I would not recommend Hyper term. It's really slow compared to other terminals, and written in Electron.

This looks well polished. It seems like it relys on a lot of telling and showing rather than encouraging practice and challenging the reader to implement simple solutions. It feels a bit wordy to someone familiar with the subject matter but that could be beneficial for a new learner. It might benefit from a lead in to another tutorial like setting up a project to use git.
Textual is the new kid in town. With CSS, mouse support and a growing number of widgets, it's THE unique framework for UIs in the terminal with python.
The post isn't about terminal frameworks though, it is about how to get started using the command line.
