I susppect that billionaires prefer young people in certain roles because many young people lack the experience to recognize evil instructions.

Same reason why religion is pushed on children.
Same reason why they won't hire smart cops.
Young people are often easier to mold and manipulate. It makes sense.
I know I've wanted younger people in government, but I was hoping for people in their 30's or 40's. These kids can't even rent a car legally. I've got a feeling that they're just puppets.
Speaking as a former puppet: all of Capitol Hill/much of D.C. is run by 20-somethings like this, precisely because they're easy to manipulate.
You can rent a car at 18, at least in Colorado and California. I'm pretty sure it's everywhere though
I was under the impression it was 25. We were both kinda wrong, though. Minimum age is 18, but that only exists in New York and Michigan. Everywhere else is 21. Anyone under 25 is expected to pay an additional cost per day that they have the vehicle. TIL

25 is usually when you're not considered a high risk driver and your insurance rates are supposed to drop.

Sadly this is how I'm starting to feel. The problem is that means we are allowing this to happen.
Funnily enough, most of the states where you'll have to worry about the alphabet boys, also have Castle Doctrine laws. If they don't have a warrant, Stand Your Ground. Take as many of them with you as you can.
Best strategy for now is just volunteer a few days with local activist groups. Otherwise one is just letting this happen.
