In Germany we had a joghurt back in the 90s called "Frufo" (a portmanteau of Frucht (fruit) and UFO), which was basically just a strawberry joghurt in a flat, round package with a hole in the middle for a small toy. They even released pralines, which were filled with the same joghurt and were pure delish, especially cold out of the fridge on a hot summer day.
Everywhere I go, people my age miss that. It just needs the question "Hey, remember Frufo?" to send them to memory lane :)
For me it’s the miracoli pasta sets we could buy here when I was a kid. I have plenty fond memories of that stuff when I was little, but as it turns out they don’t make them any more because it’s more profitable to sell the Sauce alone… not to mention the other flavors like the cheese and herb farfalle pasta they used to have :(
But they actually do! Or I had luck and got a limited edition from kaufland just yesterday. You should go and check out if they are still available :)
😳 i shop at Kaufland frequently, I’ll definitely have a thorough look next time was sure they had only the sauce in jars.
