Lmao who could have seen this coming except FUCKING EVERYONE
I've seen several articles over the last few years where journalists have asked real estate agents about how they sell coastal properties that perhaps won't be inhabitable 50 years from now. The response is that it's so far into the future that buyers will still likely be able to sell the property 20 years down the road
I guess the "bigger fool" thing works just as well here as in stock market bubbles.
Tell them they're owning the libs by showing they dont believe in climate change
