Lodge Cast Iron - Haven't replaced my skillets and pots just make sure you know how to clean them.
Vacuum Sealer and Sous Vide - Perfect steak every time.
Lodge cast irons last forever. I rarely use my non-stick pans anymore. Make sure you spend time seasoning your lodge to get the non-stick properties.
I hate cast iron. It takes a mighty scrub and triple wash to remove grease from it. It’s like a grease magnet or something.
That's the thing - you don't really want to remove the grease.
Wipe it with a paper napkin to clean it and you're set.

I just got one of their cast iron woks. I've loved using it to cook.
