As a vampire? With powers like celerity to do it faster than a camera can catch, or dominate to get them to off themselves. Or if you're Lasombra you might just not appear on camera at all.
That’s where the worst people would be, perfect.
Unless you're in the US, then you just have to eat a bunch of non-violent drug offenders.
