It was such a perfect ending to the series. Until it wasn't.

Agree, Buu very quickly went off the rails and down hill. But as an old guy, Super is the remake of GT right?

Super isn't a remake of anything, it's a direct continuation of the story after Z and has basically no similarities to GT at all. Except for arguably being not very good.

I like super 1000x better than GT, tbh. GT tried too hard to be edgy.
