I was just glancing at some anime pfp dweebs channel and was trying to figure out whether the creator or the people who watch their slop are more depressing.

Why would anyone give a shit about a FNAF movie? Like I'm faintly aware the dev is some form of christian-chud dipshit but aside from "rich chud gets richer" what am I supposed to be mad about?

Nostalgia baited newly adults and teenagers are upset because they’re unable to enjoy a dumb movie they like without validation from people they hate. Every single kids movie, especially the video game adaptations, will have angry people who think the critics don’t understand the modern Scorsese

The creators can at least generate profit from said slop, the audience is just wasting their time and poisoning their brains

Yeah I get that there's financial incentive for the slop generator but I can't imagine that they aren't buying into their own rage bait.

Five Nights at Freddy's movie has woke Hollywood critics FREAKING out!

It's getting bad reviews because it's a shit video game adaptation movie?

THE FNAF VIDEO LMAO

These people have deluded themselves, or simply pandering to the fans, that every dog ass video game movie is actually good now. So good that the Elders of Rotten Tomatoes are conspiring to ruin its reputation even though the website and movie are owned by the same company.
