I overcompensate for my subpar burger grilling skills by going all out with the fixings. Toasted sesame bun, cheddar, crispy bacon, ketchup, red onion, fresh jalapeno, tomato, romaine, mayo. Squash it down and chow it down.

I've started wrapping a lot of my sandwiches in either foil or butchers paper and letting it sit for a couple minutes before eating. It seems to be easier to handle and i like a toasted bun but also like soft buns, so this method works well for that.
