The idea of being a mod fills me with anxiety tbh.

There's nothing much to it and Admins get reports too so we can keep an eye on things.

I also don’t have enough material to fuel it.

Just checked out r/madlads and there looks to be plenty of it out there.

I’m extremely bad at posting.

Responsibility like that makes me uncomfortable and I'm trying to keep my Lemmy experience a positive distraction rather than a burden. It's why I also mostly stay out of news and politics subs.

Well sure, but I don't necessarily want to be just stealing people's content from Reddit.
