Counter point, you are no longer the target demographic for kids shows so modern shows naturally will not appeal.
How different are kids today? I'm never around them so have no clue
It’s not that kids are fundamentally different, it’s that we are no longer kids.
Coco Mellon and paw patrol are glorified babysitters and absolutely are brain rot for children.
Cat-Dog, Ren and Stimpy and Jonny Bravo alone prove that kids shows don’t need to be slop and can hold up for audiences of all ages.
Those are aimed at very different age demographics.
Also, Sarah & Duck.
And Bluey. And Hey Duggee.
