Idk man in that analogy our plane never flies ever again and is just a smoking fucked up broken mess where it was supposed to land. Doesn't seem that great lol
The rest of the world would be quite pleased though.
No more giving weapons to terrorists, only for them to turn out to be terrorists.
No more overthrowing diplomatically elected governments because they got in the way of some oil drilling.
No more invading other countries, spending 10 years stomping around, then leaving it worse than it was when they started.
