For me it’s the fact that where I work the management don’t give a fuck about the staff and the fact that we got promised new equipment which we got but a week later they chained up to a rail so that only one shift can use it.

So let some steam off and talk about it.

If humanity can’t take care of its environment, then that’s what it is. If we do, great. But it doesn’t look like we can. And yeah, that’s sad—but it’s also okay. Because that’s nature. That’s reality from a perspective beyond just humans. If we can’t sustain ourselves, then so be it. Nature and time will carry on. And that has to be okay—otherwise, you’ll always struggle.

If you decide to adapt this view you will struggle less. Also, it won't change how you choose to behave either. You can believe this AND care for your surroundings. I still do.
