For those that have had enough of the Elon Musk worship online.
No flaming, baiting, etc. This community is intended for those opposed to the influx of Elon Musk-related advertising online. Coming here to defend Musk or his companies will not get you banned, but it likely will result in downvotes. Please use the reporting feature if you see a rule violation.
Opinions from all sides of the political spectrum are welcome here. However, we kindly ask that off-topic political discussion be kept to a minimum, so as to focus on the goal of this sub. This community is minimally moderated, so discussion and the power of upvotes/downvotes are allowed, provided lemmy.world rules are not broken.
Post links to instances of obvious Elon Musk fanboy brigading in default subreddits, lemmy/kbin communities/instances, astroturfing from Tesla/SpaceX/etc., or any articles critical of Musk, his ideas, unrealistic promises and timelines, or the working conditions at his companies.

Where was he when I was trying to sell my WoW account for WAY more money than makes any sense?!
I could've sold mine for a good chunk of change when I quit way back when, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I still renew now and then, spend a few days setting up addons and catching up on the game just to realise there's no way this fits my schedule anymore so cancel again.
Yeah, anything other than PvP is massively time consuming. I played to WOTLK then stopped, I came back briefly for Legion because Demon Hunters, but stopped when it got time consuming. I really don't think I could bother with it anymore.
Nono, you don't sell it to him, he creates it and pays you to play and prepare gear so when he logs he can play with baby gloves on.
Shit, I have an inactive wow account with a character who got server first sulfuras before achievements existed in the game. How much do you think it could go for?

Old achievements aren't really gonna bring the value up they're only worth decent cash if the amount is maxed out on recent content/gear etc.
