So what's the etiquette about walking your green waste bin out then tipping all the water down the storm drain.....? It stinks!......asking for a friend obviously

Could pour it on someone's lawn. I'd tell your friend to wait until nightfall to avoid nosy neighbours lol, ~~but otherwise it's a perfectly fine thing to do (pour it down the storm drain I mean).~~
