So what's the etiquette about walking your green waste bin out then tipping all the water down the storm drain.....? It stinks!......asking for a friend obviously

no one cares, just do it, then get the hose and wash bin out
Could pour it on someone's lawn. I'd tell your friend to wait until nightfall to avoid nosy neighbours lol, ~~but otherwise it's a perfectly fine thing to do (pour it down the storm drain I mean).~~

Like even if it really stinks on account of putting meat scraps in there before a hot day....?
More nutrients for the grass and plants and insects then lol. Pour it on someone's lawn lol.
