You'd think he'd remember given he blocked aid to Puerto Rico after Maria – a Category 5 hurricane.
He also flew to the Panama City Beach area after Hurricane Michael in 2018 (Category 5, I was working there at the time) and Trump only wanted to hang out with the GOP Mayor charged with felonies charges for misuse and stealing hurricane relief funds.
