I mean, sort of. We have one subscription for 3 people. I don't really use it, yes. But my child does every day (as much as is allowed per day, of course not all day). My wife is also using it occasionally. But technically a third in this household isn't using it. So does that count?

Same here. Kids watch it all the time, but the adults almost never do.
