South Park is great. Most people I've ever talked to that hate it are conservative.
Which is funny because one of the most famous quotes when it comes to their personal political position is Matt stone with "I hate conservatives but I really fucking hate liberals".
In the end all they are trying to do is just to be funny. And they nail that, even in the 3rd decade. They are the perfect example of an "equal opportunity offender".
I tried doing some research into what these people like, and the only thing I found was Roseanne.
I think you're right, they do (or did) like her. But she got parodied in "The Problem with a Poo" (S22E03).
