He covers that in the video

I've been really enjoying them so far! I was kind of nervous with the first episode being NFT focused but it seems the rest of the episodes have been great.

The flashback one was good, not quite as good as some of the other flashback episodes but it still pulled at the heart strings.

The McDonald's one isn't wrong though? With the numbers they provided and the total they provided it works out.

"Facebook didn’t adopt Mercurial because it was more performant than Git. They adopted it because the maintainers and codebase felt more open to collaboration. Facebook engineers met face-to-face with Mercurial maintainers and liked the idea of partnering"

This was one of the last paragraphs of the article:)

For the monitor, I recently got the MSI G272QPF and have been really happy with it. It's 1440p, 165hz (over displayport, 144hz on hdmi and it can be overclocked to 170hz in the monitor settings panel, and I haven't noticed any issues), has a 1ms response time and HDR all while costing about $200-220 (I got it for $200 at microcenter). It also looks great!

Yeah, it's really messed up. The work has been getting done and our team had done great with wfh, my manager and his manager don't want us to go into office but leadership higher up is forcing it.

I currently work at AWS and this is true one of my coworkers got his promotion blocked because he hadn't been in 3 days a week (he had been going in 2 days a week). It was 100% an automatic process of denying his promotion.
